The Woodhouse family first began their butchery company in 1888 and quickly became renowned for the best quality and service, leading them to become the suppliers to the top restaurants and catering establishments in London and the South East.
The company was relaunched in 2014 by Richard and Jessica, creating new purpose-built, industry-approved premises in Haywards Heath, Sussex. They focussed on the same ethos of providing the highest quality service and ensuring all products have full provenance whilst embracing modern ideas and practices.
The butchery team continue to work closely with approved local farmers and suppliers to ensure only the best quality meat and poultry makes it to the plate.
