After starting their butchery company in 1888, the Woodhouse family quickly became known for the best quality and service in the area, leading them to become the main suppliers to some of the most prestigious restaurants and catering establishments in London and the South East.
Jessica and Richard relaunched the company in 2014, creating a new purpose-built, industry-approved premises in Haywards Heath, Sussex. They continually focus on the original family ethos of providing the highest quality service and ensuring all products have full provenance whilst embracing modern ideas and practices.
The butchery team continue to work closely with approved local farmers and suppliers to guarantee only the best quality poultry and meat makes it to the plate.
