Jessica and Richard relaunched the company in 2014, creating a new purpose-built, industry-approved premises in Haywards Heath, Sussex. They continually focus on the original family ethos of providing the highest quality service and ensuring all products have full provenance whilst embracing modern ideas and practices.
The butchery team continue to work closely with approved local farmers and suppliers to guarantee only the best quality poultry and meat is supplied to our customers in Burgess Hill and the surrounding areas.
